Vertex Venture is a global commerce and capital platform. Members fund a peso wallet, activate an investment package that earns 3% per day for 30 days, and can build a referral network that pays commissions down to the 12th level.
Vertex Venture is invite only. You need the referral code — or the referral link — of an existing member. There is no way to register without one.
Tap Create Account, choose a username and password, enter your mobile number, and enter the referral code. If you opened a referral link the code is filled in for you, and the name and picture of the member who invited you are shown so you can check you are joining under the right person.
That member becomes your sponsor permanently — it cannot be changed afterwards, so make sure it is the right one before you create the account.
No. An account cannot be created without a valid code from an existing member. Ask whoever told you about Vertex Venture for their referral link — it carries their code automatically.
No. Creating an account is free. You only put money in when you choose to deposit.
Philippine pesos (₱). If you deposit USDT it is converted to pesos automatically at a fixed rate of ₱61.00 per 1 USDT, so you only ever manage one balance.
Tap Deposit, enter an amount, and choose GCash, PayMaya or GoTyme. Then tap Open payment page and pay from your GCash / banking app. Your balance updates automatically once payment is confirmed. On a computer you can scan the QR shown with your phone camera to open that payment page on your phone.
Minimum ₱500.00, maximum ₱50,000.00 per deposit. There is no limit on how many deposits you can make.
Usually under a minute after you complete payment. You can safely close the page — the confirmation comes from the payment gateway, not from your browser.
Wait a minute and refresh. The system also re-checks pending payments automatically every few minutes, so most delays resolve on their own. If it is still missing after 15 minutes, contact support with your reference number from the payment page.
Yes — switch to the USDT tab on the deposit page. Important: you must first register the wallet address you will send from. A blockchain transfer carries no name, so without that registration we cannot tell whose deposit it is.
The one named on the deposit page, next to the address and the QR code. It is set by Vertex Venture for everyone — it is not something you choose, and there is no network setting on your Account page.
⚠ Always read it on the deposit page immediately before you send, rather than relying on what it said last time. USDT sent on any other network cannot be recovered.
Almost always because the sending wallet was not registered — most often because the USDT was sent from an exchange (Binance, Coinbase and similar), where the sender address belongs to the exchange rather than to you.
Your funds are held safely, not lost. Register that exact wallet and it will credit on the next check, or contact support and an administrator will assign it to your account.
It is credited to your peso wallet and then immediately activated into a 30-day investment package. That capital moves out of your spendable balance and starts earning straight away.
3% of the activated amount every day for 30 days — 90% in total. On day 31 your original capital is returned as well, so a package returns 190% overall.
Example: ₱10,000 activated earns ₱300 a day, ₱9,000 over the term, plus your ₱10,000 back = ₱19,000.
On day 31, automatically. It is credited straight to your peso wallet — you do not need to request it.
No. Once activated, the capital is committed for the 30-day term. Only your accrued yields can be moved to your wallet during that time.
Yes. Every deposit activates its own package, and they all earn at the same time. Your yields from all active packages are added together on the dashboard.
Your daily earnings from an active package. They accrue every second and tick live at the top of your dashboard.
You don't have to do anything. Every 6 hours the system claims for you automatically: once your accrued yields have reached ₱200.00, they are credited to your peso wallet on the next run.
The Claim to Peso Wallet button is still there if you would rather not wait — it does exactly the same thing, immediately. Either way the amount is the same.
Four times a day — roughly every 6 hours. If your yields are below ₱200.00 at that moment you are simply skipped and picked up on a later run; nothing is lost, and accrual never stops.
You are never claimed for twice. If you press the button yourself just before a run, the automatic claim finds nothing left and moves on.
Yields become claimable at ₱200.00. On a ₱10,000 package that is reached in about 16 hours. The button enables itself the moment you cross the threshold — and if you never touch it, the 6-hourly automatic claim credits you anyway.
The claimed amount moves into your peso wallet and becomes withdrawable. Accrual then restarts from zero and the package keeps running for the remainder of its term. This is the same whether you claimed it yourself or the system did it for you.
The minimum is waived once a package matures, so nothing is ever left stranded. You can claim whatever remains.
You do not need to do anything. Withdrawals are automatic. Once your spendable peso balance reaches ₱200.00, the system raises a payout request in your name, our team reviews it, and the money is sent to your saved payout account.
There is no withdrawal form to fill in any more. The only thing you must do is set up your payout account once — see the next question.
Go to Account → Peso Auto-Payout Account and enter where your money should be sent: destination bank or e-wallet, the account name, and the account / mobile number.
⚠ You bind this once. The moment you save it the details are locked and can only be changed by contacting the Support Desk, so read every character back before you confirm.
Until you save this, you are not included in automatic withdrawals — your balance will simply keep growing.
Your money is sent to exactly the account name and number you type. If any of it is wrong, the payout can go to the wrong account and cannot be recovered. That is your responsibility, not Vertex Venture’s and not the administrator’s.
Check that the account name matches your bank or GCash records exactly before saving, because you only get one chance — the details lock as soon as they are saved and cannot be edited from your Account page afterwards. If you realise they are wrong, do not wait: open a ticket at the Support Desk straight away so the account can be corrected before a payout is released.
Minimum ₱200.00, maximum ₱50,000.00 per payout, with no platform fee. If your balance is larger than the maximum, it is paid out across several requests. Only one payout can be in progress at a time.
Every payout is checked by our team before the money leaves. It is a safeguard against mistakes and fraud. You will see the request on the Withdrawals page marked Awaiting approval, and it moves to Paid once sent.
That is intentional. The amount is held the moment the request is raised, which prevents the same funds being paid out twice while a transfer is in progress. You can see exactly what is held under Pending Withdrawals on your wallet page.
If the payout is declined or cannot be completed, the full amount — fee included — is refunded to your wallet automatically.
You are refunded in full and nothing is lost. Automatic payouts are then paused on your account until our team has looked into it, so the same request is not raised again while the issue is unresolved.
You will get a notification explaining what happened, and a notice on your Withdrawals page. Check your payout account details are correct, then contact support to have it reviewed and resumed.
The transfer was sent but your bank or e-wallet rejected it. Almost always this means the saved payout account does not match the receiving account exactly — a name spelled differently from the bank’s records, a mistyped number, or the wrong bank selected.
You have not lost anything. The full amount, fee included, goes straight back into your peso balance and keeps earning.
Your automatic withdrawals are then paused, on purpose — otherwise the next nightly run would send to the same rejected details all over again. You will get a notification with the reason the bank gave. Check your details under Account, then contact the Support Desk to have them corrected and your automatic withdrawals switched back on.
A pause means no payout request will be raised for you automatically, even once your balance passes the minimum. It happens when a payout could not reach your account, when a request was declined, when the payout account saved on your profile is also registered to another member, or when our team needs to check something.
Nothing else is affected. You can still sign in, your balance is untouched, and your packages keep earning and crediting yields exactly as before. A pause is not a suspended account.
You are notified when your withdrawals are paused and again when they are switched back on. To get resumed: confirm your payout account is correct, then contact the Support Desk.
Two reasons: capital inside an active package is locked until day 31, and yields must be claimed before they can be paid out. Only the spendable peso balance counts toward the automatic payout.
Not at the moment. On-chain USDT withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Your peso balance is paid out automatically instead, so nothing is stuck — it simply goes to your bank or e-wallet rather than to a crypto wallet.
Open Withdrawals from the bottom navigation. It lists every request raised in your name: those pending approval or being sent, and those already approved and completed, each with its status.
Tap the bell at the top right of any page. A red number on it means you have unread messages. Tap any message to read it in full.
Everything that moves your money:
Yield credits are grouped into one message per day showing the day’s total, rather than one for every credit.
Text messages are sent for the main money events — a deposit received, a withdrawal raised against your balance, and a payout paid out — to the mobile number on your account. The notification list in the app is the fuller record and always has the detail, so check there first if a text is unclear or does not arrive.
When someone in your network activates a package, you earn a percentage of it:
Immediately, at the moment the package is activated. They go straight into your peso wallet as spendable balance — no claiming required.
On your dashboard under Your Referral Link. Tap it to copy. Anyone who signs up through your link or enters your code is placed under your sponsorship.
Bonuses are paid on the activations made by your network. Keeping your own account active is the best way to make sure you are credited as an upline.
Two sales incentives from the official compensation plan, each measured inside a rolling 60-day window.
Direct Sales Incentive — counts the total invested by the members you personally referred: ₱3 Million for a brand new car, ₱6 Million for an AUV, ₱9 Million for an SUV.
Group Sales Incentive — counts the total invested by everyone from level 2 down to level 12 below you: ₱10 Million for a brand new car or ₱500,000 cash, ₱20 Million for an AUV or ₱1 Million cash, ₱40 Million for an SUV or ₱2 Million cash.
⚠ It is the amount invested that counts, not your commission on it. An activation seven levels below you adds its full amount to your group total, not the small percentage you earn from it.
Your progress, the days left and a Claim button on anything you have reached are on your own My Incentives page — the trophy in the header. Only the highest milestone you reach in a window is claimable, and claiming asks Vertex Venture to release it; it is handed over by an administrator.
Contact support or your administrator. For security there is no self-service reset — an administrator sets a new password on your account, which you can then change yourself under Account → Change Password.
Go to Account. You can update your username, change your password and set a profile picture there. Your peso auto-payout account is also shown on that page, but once bound it is read-only — see below.
No. A payout account can belong to one member only. If you try to save details already registered to somebody else, the save is refused.
Spacing does not get around it — 0917 123 4567 and 09171234567 are treated as the same account. Neither does using a different e-wallet: one mobile number can only be linked to one member, so the same number saved at GCash by one member and at Maya by another is refused as well. If you genuinely share a household account with another member, one of you needs a separate bank or e-wallet account to be paid to.
If two members are already sharing one, automatic withdrawals are paused on both accounts and both members are notified, until our team has checked it. That happens whichever of you saved it first — we cannot tell from the details alone who the account really belongs to, so nobody is paid to it until it is sorted out. Balances, sign-in, packages and yields are unaffected. Contact the Support Desk and we will correct whichever account is wrong and switch you back on.
No — not by yourself. A payout account is bound once. After you save it, the details are locked on your Account page and can no longer be edited there.
This is deliberate: it is the single setting that decides where your money is sent, so it cannot be changed quietly by anyone who reaches your account. To update it, open a ticket at the Support Desk. Our team verifies the request and makes the change for you.
Because of this, check every character before you save it the first time.
Yes. We send an SMS to the mobile number on your account at three points: when a package is activated, when a withdrawal is raised against your balance, and when a payout has actually been sent.
Keep your mobile number current — it is the only channel we use for these alerts. We will never ask for your password, an OTP or your account details by SMS, and any message that does is not from us.
No. Sponsorship is set when you register and is permanent, because commissions have already been calculated against it.
Balances, packages and every transaction are recorded in a ledger you can review at any time under Wallet. Payments are handled by a licensed payment gateway rather than passing through the site.
As with any investment, returns are not guaranteed and you should only commit funds you can afford to place.
