Privacy Policy

Effective 29 July 2026  ·  Terms and Conditions

This policy explains what personal information Vertex Venture collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines.

1. What we collect

InformationWhy we hold it
UsernameTo identify your account and sign you in
Password (stored encrypted, never in readable form)To secure your account
Mobile number Account identification, support contact, and SMS notifications when a package is activated, a withdrawal is raised against your balance, or a payout is sent. The number and the message text are passed to our SMS provider to deliver them.
Profile picture (optional) Shown to you in the app, and — together with your username — shown to anyone who opens the sign-up page using your referral code, so they can confirm who invited them. You may remove it at any time.
Saved payout account — destination bank or e-wallet, the account name, the account / mobile number, and any branch or IFSC code Stored on your profile and reused to pay you automatically each time your balance qualifies. Bound once: after you save it, it is read-only to you and changed only through a verified support request. We also store a normalised form of the account number and compare it against the payout accounts saved by other members — both when you save it and periodically afterwards — so that one account is not used to collect payouts for several members. The comparison ignores spacing and punctuation, and treats a mobile number as the same whichever provider it is held at. Where a match is found, automatic payouts are paused on the accounts concerned and each member is told; the other member is never identified to you.
Crypto wallet address (optional)To match your deposits and send crypto withdrawals
Transaction records — deposits, withdrawals, packages, yields, commissionsTo operate your account and keep accurate financial records
Payout review notes — whether a payout was approved or declined, and any reason recorded, including where automatic payouts have been paused To administer payouts, explain a decision to you, and prevent repeated errors or fraud
Notifications — the messages shown under the bell in the app, and whether and when you opened each one To tell you about anything that moves your money — a deposit confirmed, yields credited, a withdrawal queued or sent, a payout that could not be completed, a payout account found to be registered to more than one member, and automatic payouts being paused or resumed. A message may quote the amount, the reference, the last four digits of the destination account, and the reason a bank or e-wallet gave for rejecting a transfer. The read/unread flag is what the bell counts; it is not used to profile you. These messages stay on your account so you have a record — they are visible to you and to administrators, and never to other members or to your upline.

IP address and sign-in timesSecurity, fraud prevention and troubleshooting

We do not collect or store your card numbers, banking passwords, or one-time codes. Payments are entered on the payment provider's own systems, not on ours.

2. Why we use it

  • To create and operate your account
  • To process deposits, activations, yields, commissions and withdrawals
  • To keep the Platform secure and detect fraud or abuse — which includes checking the payout account you save against those saved by other members, so that one destination is not used to collect payouts for several accounts
  • To answer your support requests
  • To meet legal, regulatory, audit and tax obligations

3. Who we share it with

  • Our payment gateway — the details needed to process a deposit or send a payout, including the payout account name and number you saved.
  • Our administrators — staff who operate the Platform can see your account record in order to approve payouts and provide support: your username and contact number, balances and earnings, your saved payout account, your investment packages, your full transaction history, your notifications, and your sign-in history. Access is limited to administrator accounts, and payout decisions are logged against the administrator who made them.
  • Our SMS provider — your mobile number and the text of the notification, so it can be delivered. Only the notifications listed above are sent; we never include your password, a one-time code or your payout account details in an SMS.
  • People you invite — anyone opening the sign-up page with your referral code is shown your username and profile picture, so they can confirm they are joining under the right person. Nothing else about you is shown, and this only happens for someone who already holds your code.
  • Our hosting provider — as the operator of the servers holding the data.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Your upline — sponsors can see limited details of their direct referrals (username, join date, activity status) so commissions can be verified. They cannot see your payout account, balances or transactions.

If you contact us through our support desk or Telegram group, those are operated on third-party services with their own privacy policies. Anything you send there — including screenshots — is handled by that provider as well as by us. Please do not post account numbers or passwords in a group chat.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

A note about blockchain transactions. If you deposit or withdraw crypto, that transaction is recorded on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and amounts are permanently visible to anyone and cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Consider this before using the crypto option.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information beyond an identifier for your session, and it expires when you sign out or the session ends. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, audit and dispute purposes. Financial records generally must be retained for several years even after an account is closed.

6. How we protect it

  • Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
  • Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — nobody, including staff, can read them.
  • Payment gateway and wallet credentials are held in server configuration, never in the database and never shown in the interface.
  • Administrative functions require a privileged account, and sensitive actions such as password resets are logged.

No system is perfectly secure. Protecting your own password and device remains essential.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your information is used
  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate — you can update your username, password and profile picture yourself under Account. Your payout account is the exception: it is bound once and corrected only through a verified support request, because it determines where your money is sent
  • Object to certain processing, or request erasure where the information is no longer needed and no law requires us to keep it
  • Data portability — request a copy of the information you provided
  • Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

To exercise any of these, contact support through the channel published on the Platform. We may need to verify your identity first. Note that some information cannot be deleted while it is still required for financial records or legal compliance, and blockchain records cannot be altered at all.

8. Children

Vertex Venture is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and close the account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change and material updates will be notified on the Platform.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact Vertex Venture support through the channel published on the Platform.
